Wanted: Fire Horse Women to interview

If you are female and were born between 21 January 1966 and 8 February 1967 inclusive, I want to hear from you.

I'm a freelance writer in Canada who is writing an article about fire horse women as they turn 40 this year. Do you fit the archetype of the fire horse woman? Are you headstrong? Do you consider yourself dangerous? Have you been terribly bad luck to your significant other? What does the future hold for you as a fire horse woman?

Firehorse tatoo

The jourmey started when I was 38, with a simple goal. find a firehorse tat for my 40th. Slightly behind schedule I stumbled on ...my tribe??. Not a bad reason to connect.

I have posted a couple of pics for your thoughts. There is also a great design of a firelike horse in the closing scenes of KillBill2, Bills House, on the wall. Check it out.

Frank Millers, 300, has some very edgy illustrations of warring Spartan horses that with a flick of red & yellow...become one.

feng shui for fire horse home

feng shui question.
I'm a fire horse, and aquarius. I'm getting ready to buy a platform bed and have been really interested in the metal ones I have seen. However, I have this nagging feeling that metal is not the best feng shui option, and that somehow I should be looking (and liking) the wood platform beds. any feng shui experts out there have any advice for this fire horse?

i didn't find out until early last year that i was a fire horse woman (knew i was a horse but not the fire part) and at that point i was involved with a water rat and it wound up being the most emotionally scarring relationship i've ever had (it's wayyyyyy over but it made for one of the worst years of my life). wondering if anyone else out there has had dealing with these rat types.... if not, STAY AWAY - they will drain all your energy and spirit if you let them

Fire Horses finding love ... ???

Have you all found yourselves to be so difficult with finding the right partner, that you've been single for what seems to be an eternity ???

I finally just found someone I REALLY like and we live 2 hours away from each other. According to Chinese Astrology, we're only compatible at 5 on 10, BUT I'm not too sure how much is accurate there.... bottom line is ... after being single for TWELVE long years, it's a MAJOR blessing !!!

Has anyone else found it as hard to find someone special ?

Allright - I can step up to the challenge! It's true there hasn't been a lot of activity here and I just KNOW that is an inaccurrate reflection on the wild and productive lives of the flaming equines!

Maybe we're all too crazy busy catching fire and flying through the sky to write a measly post on Tribe - but perhaps at least yawl can instruct your minions to check in once in a while!

P.S. this is very trivial, but to anyone who is concerned about not using non-recyclable cups, there is a Fire-Horse-Friendly option from Peet's coffee, which was founded in - you guessed it - 1966. So the new Peet's re-usable cups commemmorate the Year of Our Birth, which I think is wise, so you can wear your age in your hand or whatever....

I am a Heathen/Asatruar, Libra fire horse woman. I KNOW I have the power of change in my grasp. I have been doing it w/out realising my whole life and been working to actively cultivate it the past 6 yrs or so. Do any of you ever feel that you have this power in your grasp or knjow you have it but it is just outta reach? Do you CRAVE to make things better or just change the staus quo? I do for example, I am starting an organic farm for rare and endagered livestock and working on reviving the female spiritual practices of my faith.
Have you ever felt like non fire horse "don't get it" ? Like you can see the where the road is going, the changes coming, esp when so many others can't?

She deserves to come home. Her mental/emotional and spiritual health is starting to deteriorate and I am scared for her. She needs the trauma healing that an Iraq Vet who has been raped deserves.

SO I asked Patirck in the Chinese Astrology tribe............and I still have some questions.......like what careers are best for yang firehorses and what are the most compatable partners for us? If anyone knows of any litrature that might help answer these question, or perhaps if you know some yourself I would greatly appreciate it. :)

i have to say that us fire horse people are definately different and special!..lol...i was happy to stumble across this site when i was looking for a fire horse picture to use for my tattoo...now i just have to decide which picture would depict the fire horse in all her flaming glory!! i want the world to see how beautiful and mysterious she really is...(i use "she" being i am a woman...lol...no offense all you firehorse men...also i really dont know exactly "where" to have the tattoo placed on my body...hmmm...any suggestions fellow equines?

Being firehorse is not an easy task, I am Leo firehorse woman. My grandmother was also. Anyway, its comforting know of this tribe and join. I notice there's not alot of activity on the discussion board, but that just goes to show firehorses, in general,are very busy people;) Good to see you all here.
